L'enfer, c'est les autres

Dana embodies a certain darkness that I tend to grasp through his current readings. I was recently made aware of the French existentialism play, No Exit by Jean Paul Sartre. Locked in an empty room, No Exit provides a vast psychological breakdown of three emotionally torn strangers. The conclusion in which Sartre ultimately achieves is that hell is simply other people.

The division of light inspired me to take these and resulted in one of the most honest set of portraits I've taken.
